Our concept is to have a healthy stress eating snack bar. It is an all organic chocolate covered fruit based bar that is low in calories and sugar, and uses simple whole ingredients, following the food trend of healthy eating.
Target Market
Our product is targeted towards busy women ranged from 20-50 years old who have busy days with hectic lives and need that sweet break to help them wind down without the guilt of indulging in a treat.
Positioning
The brand positioning is that it stands out on the shelf, and has a fun yet relatable graphic as part of the brand’s logo and identity. INHALE! Bars a great on the go snack, as well as something one can eat at their desk to relax for five minutes and indulge in a sweet or savory snack, without the guilt of eating junk food. INHALE! has two meanings, Inhale your food and Inhale and to take a deep breath.
Market & Category Research
Using Roy Lichtenstein’s technique of pointillism and having a comic book relief to the packaging, our goal is to use a comic relief in being stressed and having a lot on your plate, to simply enjoy this guilt free snack to push you through your day. This fun playful packaging jumps out at you to really go in for it and enjoy a nice bite of something sweet (or salty) depending on your current mood. The graphic fruit and stressed lady from the logo, really captures the essence of being stressed, and helps women relate making them want to pick up and eat the snack bar.
